There are those that have said it’s more like a bottomless money-pit which will never amount to much. There are also those that are willing to throw money into it like there is no tomorrow. But we still aren’t very likely to see Quaero surfacing any day soon I’m afraid, regardless of the European commission green-light just given for a 99 million €uros funding program from France.
